Monks is seeking a Content & Real-Time Associate Director to join our team in Brazil. This role is pivotal in identifying and leveraging real-time cultural trends to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the digital landscape, ensuring the brand remains relevant and engaging within the Brazilian market.

Key responsibilities include utilizing social listening tools to monitor and identify opportunities for real-time engagement, transforming emerging trends into timely brand content, and crafting grammatically impeccable copy tailored to various platforms. The role also involves planning editorial calendars that balance scheduled content with opportunistic posts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to validate insights and enhance creative outputs, and analyzing post-performance to refine strategies.

Candidates should have practical experience with social listening tools, exceptional writing skills adaptable to different tones and platforms, and the ability to create basic visual content using generative AI or Photoshop. Direct client interaction skills are essential, as is a deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and X. Proficiency in English for meetings and presentations is also required.
