Content Creator

Monks is seeking a Content Creator to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and designing social media content within a regional work structure. You will set the creative tone for the team and propose optimal solutions and actions across various social platforms.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with the creative team to generate digital content ideas and campaign strategies, working with the planning department to structure creative proposals, and coordinating with the data team to build insights-driven content plans. You will develop and organize content calendars, write editorial content for social media posts and digital video scripts, and present these plans to clients. Additionally, you will monitor brand conversations to trigger responsive campaigns and analyze post-performance to extract valuable insights for future deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency, enabling comfortable communication in both spoken and written forms. Experience in the entertainment industry and a background in fast-paced environments are considered advantageous.
