Content Copywriter & Operations Manager France (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Content Copywriter & Operations Manager for its Patient Content Factory team in France. This role focuses on creating and managing prevention campaign content, ensuring high-quality health information is accessible to patients. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Doctolib's platform as a trusted health content destination in Europe.
Key responsibilities include writing patient-friendly medical prevention content, managing the entire campaign workflow from ideation to publication, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, the role involves reviewing content to maintain consistency in tone and style, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards, and optimizing content processes through automation and AI.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or Life Sciences, with over three years of experience in medical content writing or health communication. Demonstrated experience in digital campaign management, strong project management skills, proficiency in content management systems, and excellent written communication skills in French are essential. A detail-oriented approach and a passion for improving healthcare access and patient outcomes are also required.
