Consultant- Legal Advisory

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant for its Legal Advisory team within the Tax & Legal service line. This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive legal counsel to a diverse clientele, including businesses and individuals. As part of Deloitte's global network, the team is dedicated to delivering impactful solutions that address complex legal challenges.

In this position, the Consultant will be responsible for offering legal advice on commercial agreements and business transactions, assisting clients in complying with applicable laws and regulations, and providing support in corporate restructuring, financing, and governance matters. The role also involves conducting legal due diligence, offering company secretarial services, and collaborating with team members to manage client engagements effectively.

Candidates should possess a law degree with at least a second-class upper division from a recognized university, be admitted to the Ghana Bar, and have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar consulting or advisory role. Strong research and analytical skills, a solutions-focused approach, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential. An LLM or other master's degree is advantageous.
