As a Constructeur at BESIX Nederland, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex designs into safe and efficient structural solutions. Working within the Dutch Engineering team and collaborating closely with colleagues in Brussels, you will contribute to innovative projects ranging from high-rise buildings to intricate infrastructure works. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the feasibility and safety of our designs, making you a key technical partner throughout both the design and execution phases.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include designing and calculating structural elements, developing cost-effective alternatives, evaluating construction methods, and advising on both permanent and temporary structures. You will actively participate in risk management and quality assurance processes, serving as a technical resource for project teams, clients, and on-site execution teams. Your contributions will be essential in delivering projects that are not only structurally sound but also optimized for efficiency and sustainability.
The ideal candidate holds a university-level degree in structural engineering, with a Registered Constructor (RC) certification considered a plus. Proficiency in 3D software and a thorough understanding of current norms and guidelines are essential. We welcome both recent graduates and experienced professionals who are flexible, quality-focused, and possess strong communication skills.
