Conseiller Client Technique - Service Client Doctolib (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Conseiller Client Technique to join our Service Client team in Nantes. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, assisting them with technical inquiries and ensuring optimal use of our products. This position offers an opportunity to contribute directly to enhancing the healthcare system by supporting practitioners in their daily operations.
Your main responsibilities will include responding to calls and emails from healthcare professionals to address technical questions about our products, diagnosing and resolving issues related to patient management software, scheduling tools, teleconsultation, and e-prescription services, and ensuring prompt and effective handling of incoming requests using our information systems. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our technical support and development teams to manage incoming requests.
We are looking for individuals passionate about customer relations and problem-solving, with a curiosity and desire to learn new technologies. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to listen are essential, along with analytical thinking and meticulousness in your work. Proficiency in both oral and written communication is also required.
The position offers a competitive annual salary of €27,000, which includes both fixed and variable components.
