Conflicts Attorney

Milbank LLP, a premier international law firm, is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join its Conflicts Team. This role involves close collaboration with the Office of General Counsel to support the firm's critical risk management function. The Conflicts Attorney will primarily be responsible for reviewing and analyzing conflict reports related to new business intake, including new clients and matters, as well as lateral hires. The position offers a fully remote work schedule within the United States, with flexibility to visit or work from a local office as needed.
