In this role, the Compliance Paralegal will be responsible for preparing regulatory filings, conducting routine audits, and organizing documentation for legal reviews. Collaboration with attorneys and business leaders is essential to support compliance initiatives and respond to regulatory inquiries. The position also involves providing guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Staying updated on relevant state licensure legislation and industry trends is crucial, as is managing sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of compliance experience, preferably in an in-house or corporate setting, with a strong understanding of compliance program elements. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a proactive approach to identifying risks and offering actionable solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary, and the ability to travel 10%-20% of the time is expected.
