Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to ensure the firm meets all legal and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting regular audits, drafting and reviewing policies and procedures, and providing guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters. The role also involves staying abreast of regulatory developments and advising on their impact on the firm's operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a compliance management role, with a solid understanding of risk and compliance principles and frameworks. A bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, are essential.
