Compliance Counsel
Saferide Health is seeking a Compliance Counsel to join our legal team. This role involves ensuring the company's adherence to legal and regulatory standards within the healthcare industry. The Compliance Counsel will work closely with various departments to develop and implement compliance programs that align with Saferide Health's mission and values.
The primary responsibilities include developing and overseeing compliance policies and procedures, conducting regular audits to ensure regulatory adherence, and providing guidance on legal matters related to healthcare compliance. The Compliance Counsel will also be responsible for training staff on compliance issues and staying updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance or a related legal field. Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively are essential for this role.
