Compensation and Benefits Manager
BrainRocket is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our HR team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a global company specializing in tech products for Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded across multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of over 1,300 professionals is dedicated to innovation and excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing various compensation and benefits programs. This includes overseeing health insurance provisions, coordinating reimbursements for sports and education expenses, and managing overtime payments. Additionally, you will consult with employees on educational program choices and assist in organizing reimbursements for their children's education expenses. Managing the mobile phone program for employees, including setting conditions and controlling expenses, will also be part of your duties.
Key responsibilities involve collaborating with various partners to ensure timely provision of all entitled benefits and maintaining transparent communication on benefits and compensation matters. You will support employees with benefit-related questions, provide consultations, and resolve ongoing issues. Preparing regular reports on provided compensations and benefits, reconciling payments, and analyzing the effectiveness of benefits programs to suggest optimizations are also essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of life in Portugal and at least one year of experience in a similar role or related area within the country. Excellent organizational and communication skills, a passion for numbers, and attention to detail are crucial. Proficiency in Portuguese at a B1 level or higher is required, along with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience working with suppliers and contractors in the compensation and benefits field is considered a plus.
