Monks is seeking a Community Manager to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media and communication campaigns that align with our marketing strategies. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can identify new opportunities to create impactful work.

As a Community Manager, your key responsibilities will include setting and implementing social media campaigns, collaborating on content calendars with the social strategist and content creator, and ensuring timely publication of social media posts. You will provide engaging text for social media responses, respond to comments and customer queries promptly, and coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to maintain brand consistency. Additionally, you will work closely with data analysts to provide monthly and quarterly reports and identify optimization opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in Community Management, with knowledge of social media best practices regarding formats and tone of voice. You should be able to identify and track relevant community metrics and have experience with social listening tools and digital reports. Client-facing experience and the ability to develop or implement community management strategies are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
