As a Community Manager at Monks, you will be responsible for defining and implementing social media and communication campaigns that align with the company's marketing strategies. This role is designed to foster community engagement and enhance brand awareness through various digital platforms. In this position, your key responsibilities will include developing and executing content calendars, ensuring timely publication of social media posts, and creating engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts. You will monitor and report on feedback and online reviews across various platforms, organize and participate in events to build community, and coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to maintain brand consistency. Additionally, you will work closely with data strategists to provide regular reports and identify opportunities for optimization.

The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of social media best practices, including formats and tone of voice, and have the ability to identify and track relevant community metrics. Experience with social listening tools, digital reporting, and CMS management is essential. Familiarity with the Beauty and Health market is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with experience in developing or implementing community management strategies.
