Communications Lead - UK

Mozilla is seeking a Senior Communications Manager based in the UK to join its Product Communications team. This role focuses on driving communications across key European markets, with a primary emphasis on product storytelling. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping narratives around Firefox and other Mozilla products, ensuring regional relevance while aligning with the company's global priorities.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated communications strategies, managing media relations, crafting compelling messaging and content, and supporting senior executives in media engagements. The role also involves identifying proactive storytelling opportunities tied to product and cultural moments, as well as handling reactive communications and sensitive issues as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in communications, PR, or media relations, preferably within consumer, tech, or product-driven organizations. Strong storytelling skills, the ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives, and experience collaborating with senior executives are essential. A deep understanding of the European media landscape and fluency in English are required; proficiency in German or another European language is a strong plus.
