Commercial Litigation Associate

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its litigation group in Greenville, South Carolina. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a sophisticated and extensive body of litigation work within an AmLaw100 firm. The Greenville office is situated in a vibrant community that has evolved from a textile hub to a technology center, reflecting a diverse and international business environment.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a highly skilled team of attorneys who possess substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels. The Greenville Litigation Team handles complex, high-value cases across various practice areas, including professional malpractice, commercial litigation, product liability, and patent infringement. Responsibilities will encompass drafting and arguing discovery and other motions, taking and defending depositions, managing document productions, and leading case management efforts.

Applicants should have 2 to 5 years of experience in general commercial litigation, product liability, and other complex litigation matters, preferably gained at a law firm. Strong academic credentials and exceptional oral and written advocacy skills are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the South Carolina Bar and in good standing.
