Commercial & IP Legal Counsel

StackAdapt, a leading technology company specializing in AI-powered marketing solutions, is seeking a Commercial & IP Legal Counsel to support its expanding suite of programmatic and owned-channel products, including connected TV (CTV), digital out-of-home, display, audio, and email. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, engineers, data scientists, compliance, privacy, and commercial teams to provide legal guidance on the design, implementation, and commercialization of advertising technologies, AI-driven features, and data solutions.
