The Inside Sales Representative will manage the entire sales cycle for healthcare professionals, focusing on outbound prospecting and sales activities. Key responsibilities include contacting healthcare practitioners via cold calls to present Doctolib's solutions, handling objections, and converting prospects into clients. Additionally, the role involves training new users on the platform and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Collaboration with installation and technical support teams is essential to provide a seamless user experience.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in sales or prospecting, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. A strong sense of empathy and active listening abilities are crucial. The role requires individuals who are challenge-driven, persistent, and possess effective organizational skills. A background in healthcare or digital solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
