Doctolib is seeking a Business Developer to join our B2B sales team in Strasbourg. In this role, you will engage directly with healthcare professionals in your designated area, introducing them to Doctolib's innovative solutions designed to streamline administrative tasks and enhance patient care. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the healthcare sector by providing tools that improve the daily operations of medical practitioners.
Your primary responsibilities will include on-site prospecting to schedule meetings with healthcare providers, understanding their specific needs, and presenting Doctolib's services to optimize their practice management. Additionally, you will conduct product training sessions within medical offices and maintain accurate client records using the Salesforce CRM system to plan your visits and track administrative follow-ups.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field prospecting, a passion for sales, and a drive to meet challenges. Autonomy in managing a complete sales cycle is essential, along with excellent oral and written communication skills. A degree from a business school, sales training, or an equivalent university qualification (IUT/BTS/Licence commerciale) is required.
