Doctolib is seeking a Commercial.e B2B to join our team in Nancy, France. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our commercial presence in the Lorraine region by engaging with healthcare professionals and offering tailored solutions that enhance their practice. Your efforts will directly contribute to the digital transformation of healthcare in your area, aligning with Doctolib's mission to improve the daily lives of care teams through innovative technologies and services.
Key responsibilities include autonomously managing your sales territory, understanding practitioners' needs to develop customized solutions, and coaching healthcare professionals to become proficient and enthusiastic users of Doctolib's offerings. You will also focus on developing and maintaining a satisfied client portfolio, employing a consultative sales approach to meet and exceed commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years' experience in field prospecting and B2B sales, a passion for technical sales, and the ability to create value in negotiations. Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset are essential. A degree from a business school or equivalent university education is required. Familiarity with the healthcare sector, proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems like Salesforce, and an interest in the digital world are advantageous.
