Doctolib is seeking a Business Developer to join our team in Caen. In this role, you will engage directly with healthcare professionals, offering innovative solutions designed to streamline their administrative tasks and enhance patient care. This position is integral to our mission of improving the daily lives of medical practitioners through effective and cutting-edge services.
As a Business Developer, your primary responsibilities will include on-site prospecting to schedule meetings with healthcare providers, understanding their specific needs to promote the adoption of Doctolib's solutions, conducting product training sessions within their practices, and maintaining accurate client records using the Salesforce CRM system.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in field prospecting, particularly door-to-door sales, a passion for sales with a drive to meet challenges, autonomy in managing a complete sales cycle, and excellent oral and written communication skills. A degree from a business school, sales training, or equivalent university education (IUT/BTS/Licence commerciale) is required.
