Commercial Counsel

Yext is seeking a dedicated and business-oriented Commercial Counsel to join its Legal team. This role involves partnering with the Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Partner (indirect) sales teams to manage, negotiate, and execute customer deals, as well as collaborating with various business lines to review and negotiate vendor and procurement transactions.
