As a Commercial Account Executive at Checkr, you will be integral to our account team, focusing on driving growth and fostering partnerships with our strategic customers. This role targets new logo prospecting within the Commercial segment, encompassing companies with 500 to 5,000 employees. We seek a strategic and driven individual adept at effective enterprise prospecting, managing large competitive sales cycles, and collaborating with internal resources to secure new clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include driving new business sales within the assigned Commercial segment, acting as a consultative trusted advisor by building in-depth relationships and understanding clients' business objectives. You will collaborate with Human Resource leadership, Program Managers, Engineering, and Product teams to establish and deliver shared product roadmaps. Additionally, you will be responsible for prospecting into new accounts, managing the entire sales cycle, and working with internal stakeholders to achieve client goals and provide necessary visibility or escalations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of B2B SaaS or consumption-based tech sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. You should possess the ability to initiate conversations with target accounts, close new business with large global or multinational customers, and navigate complex organizational structures. Experience selling to EVPs, CXOs, and end-users within both individual and team sales environments is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a creative mindset for addressing complex situations, are also required.

Compensation for this role includes on-target earnings ranging from $127,000 to $149,000 in Denver, CO, and $150,000 to $176,000 in San Francisco, CA. Benefits include 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage, up to $25,000 reimbursement for fertility, adoption, and parental planning services, a flexible PTO policy, and monthly wellness and home office stipends.
