Commerce & Loyalty Operations Associate
The Commerce & Loyalty Operations Associate at ID.me plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the company's commerce ecosystem, which includes affiliate partnerships, offer management, loyalty programs, merchandising, and member support. This position requires a detail-oriented and operationally driven individual to ensure the seamless execution and growth of these initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Fraud, Data, and Member Support, to maintain a cohesive and efficient operation.
Key responsibilities encompass launching, updating, and maintaining store pages and offers across ID.me’s commerce and loyalty programs. The associate will review live offers for accuracy, manage the lifecycle of various offers, conduct audits of offer status and partner activity, and identify and resolve discrepancies proactively. Additionally, the role involves managing the Affiliates inbox, reconciling affiliate-network activations and commission changes, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external partners. The associate will also coordinate promotional placements, support the merchandising calendar, and collaborate with the Email and Marketing teams to ensure accurate campaign execution.
Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in e-commerce operations, affiliate marketing, or loyalty programs is highly desirable. Proficiency in using AI and workflow automation tools to improve processes and reduce manual work is advantageous. The role requires effective communication skills to coordinate with various teams and partners, as well as the ability to identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
This full-time position is based in either Mountain View, California, or Tysons, Virginia, with an in-office work schedule of five days a week.
