Invisible Agency is seeking a Coding Specialist fluent in Indonesian to contribute to the advancement of artificial intelligence. As part of a dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in training large-scale language models, transforming them into powerful tools for scientific discovery and software development.

In this role, you will engage with AI models on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Indonesian. Your responsibilities include verifying logical accuracy and coding fluency, assessing the naturalness and correctness of Indonesian language usage, capturing reproducible error traces, and suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field. Practical coding experience, technical writing in Indonesian, or contributions to open-source projects are highly valued. Clear, metacognitive communication—demonstrating your thought process—is essential.

This is a remote, contract position offering a pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined based on experience, expertise, and geographic location.
