Co-ordinator – Food Schemes

Eurofins is seeking a Co-ordinator for Food Schemes to oversee the end-to-end process from application review to certificate issuance, ensuring all activities are completed within defined turnaround times. This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our food certification services, contributing to the company's commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

The Co-ordinator will be responsible for allocating files to appropriate technical reviewers based on the specific scheme and required timelines. They will track and send reminders to reviewers and auditors regarding the status of allocated files and pending audit reports. Additionally, the role involves following up with clients for Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports as required by the relevant scheme or standard. Maintaining and updating client trackers for various schemes, such as BRCGS, ISO 22000, FSSC, and other second-party audits, is also a key responsibility.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A good command of written and spoken English is essential. The role requires a result-oriented individual with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to implementing new ideas and methodologies.
