CMR Business Development Representative
As a Business Development Representative at Motive, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in expanding our customer base. Motive empowers physical operations with tools to enhance safety, productivity, and profitability, serving nearly 100,000 customers across various industries.
Your primary responsibilities will include engaging prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and other outbound efforts. You will identify and qualify leads based on set criteria, uncover prospect pain points, and position appropriate solutions. Collaborating with Account Executives, you will strategize on outreach and deal progression, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to closing.
We are seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, resilience, and a drive to succeed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a team-first mindset and coachability. A bachelor's degree is required, and prior experience with cold calling or CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
