Candidates should have proven experience as an engagement lead, project manager, or client relationship manager within technology or professional services. A strong background in solution delivery, with experience shaping client outcomes based on business needs, is essential. Familiarity with CLM platforms such as DocuSign, Ironclad, Agiloft, or similar cloud-based technologies is preferred. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with strong problem-solving abilities and confidence in navigating negotiations and challenging client scenarios.
