CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Consultant

Cimplifi is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Consultant to join our Contract Analytics & Lifecycle Management Practice. This client-facing role involves implementing contract analytics and lifecycle management solutions, leveraging our expertise and integrating advanced artificial intelligence tools to enhance the processing and management of legal documents. The consultant will collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients to deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include partnering with Lead Consultants, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to develop clear requirements and support the creation of DocuSign CLM strategies for each engagement. The consultant will lead portions of kickoff sessions, discovery workshops, and meetings to capture business process information, project details, and technical requirements. Additionally, the role involves configuring and implementing solutions using DocuSign CLM, performing business process modeling, creating test cases, managing issues during user acceptance testing, and developing training materials.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience, with mandatory CLM experience, preferably in an administrator role with configuration and integration expertise. Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. Experience in contributing to workshops to gather client requirements and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, are also required. Hands-on experience with CLM implementation, preferably on DocuSign CLM or SpringCM, and familiarity with tools like Lucid Chart, or Visio are advantageous.
