ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Clinician Onboarding Manager is responsible for overseeing the end to end clinician preboarding experience, systems training, and readiness for clinical practice at Array Behavioral Care. This position plays a key role in ensuring clinicians are effectively onboarded, fully trained on Array’s technology, EMR, workflows, and operational resources, and prepared for a successful practice launch. The Clinician Onboarding Manager brings strong program management, facilitation, and instructional skills, and works closely with Clinical Leadership, Medical Affairs, Clinician Experience, People Operations, and Operations partners to deliver a coordinated, engaging, and high quality onboarding and training experience.

This role requires the ability to operate both strategically and hands on, delivering polished virtual training sessions while continuously improving onboarding programs to support clinician efficiency, confidence, and scalability.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

- Own clinician and internal stakeholder participation in required onboarding and training sessions, ensuring consistent attendance, engagement, and completion across cohorts.

- Design, deliver, and oversee a comprehensive onboarding and training program, including technology setup, EMR training, workflow education, and clinical systems readiness.
