Clinical Operations Consultant - Germany (M/F/D)

BetterHelp is seeking a Clinical Operations Consultant to join our team in Germany. As the world's largest online therapy service, we are dedicated to making mental health care more accessible globally. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product professionals, creatives, marketers, and business leaders, all committed to expanding access to therapy.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing daily support via email, phone, and chat to our growing network of counselors, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality clinical care. You will act as a point of escalation for complex customer and counselor inquiries, organize cross-functional teams to resolve issues, audit qualitative and quantitative data to provide constructive clinical feedback, and monitor the clinical capabilities of counselors applying to our platform. Additionally, you will proactively engage with counselors to gather feedback, improve satisfaction, and prevent attrition.

The ideal candidate holds an M.Sc. in Psychology and is preferably a licensed psychotherapist in Germany or in advanced licensure training. A minimum of three months of good-standing experience as a BetterHelp counselor within the last two years is required. Professional fluency in both German and English, strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills, including public speaking, are essential. A growth mindset and comfort with participating in media interviews and social media appearances are also important.
