Client Value Partner - Pharmaceuticals
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role at Celonis is a pivotal position within the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving data-driven business transformation for strategic clients in the pharmaceutical industry. As a CVP, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction, aligning Celonis' solutions with clients' strategic objectives to deliver measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic plans, and mentoring clients on the design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to enhance platform adoption. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, influencing stakeholders through executive communication and industry expertise, and resolving escalations by orchestrating internal teams effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations is essential. Experience with AI-based transformation is a significant advantage, along with deep exposure to successful change management practices and the ability to navigate large global organizations.
