Client Value Partner - Defense & Public Sector
The Client Value Partner (CVP) - Defense & Public Sector at Celonis is a pivotal role within the Value Engineering team, focusing on driving data-driven business transformation for strategic public sector clients. This position involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction throughout their journey with Celonis.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celonis into their strategic objectives, and mentoring clients on the design and maturation of Centers of Excellence to enhance platform adoption. The CVP is accountable for the end-to-end customer value journey, influencing stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise, while resolving escalations efficiently and effectively.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields within the public sector. Strong experience in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations is essential. Exposure to AI-based transformation and successful change management practices is highly desirable. The role requires the ability to navigate large global organizations and effectively persuade through data and confidence.
