Client Value Partner - Consumer Packaged Goods
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role at Celonis is a strategic position focused on driving data-driven business transformation for top-tier clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. The CVP also leads executive relationships and value workstreams for large-scale transformations, ensuring successful program delivery and facilitating business value workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
The ideal candidate possesses over 15 years of relevant experience, ideally combining time at a global CPG, logistics, or supply chain-intensive firm with strategy consulting. They should have deep industry expertise in areas such as supply chain planning, logistics, and asset management, along with a proven track record of driving large-scale transformation programs. Technical fluency in modern supply chain systems like SAP S/4HANA and the ability to influence C-level executives are also essential.
Celonis offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $233,000 to $270,000, along with bonus, commission, equity (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, generous paid time off, and extensive parental leave.
