Client Success Technical Manager
The Client Success Technical Manager at FeverUp is a pivotal role within the Business department, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This position is integral to managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they derive maximum value from FeverUp's platform. The role combines account management with technical expertise, focusing on building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical support, platform usage, and troubleshooting. The manager will handle daily client requests, from incident resolution to platform configuration and data exports. Additionally, the role involves providing comprehensive onboarding, training, and ongoing support to help clients fully utilize the platform's capabilities. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Tech, Product, and Design is essential to ensure a seamless client experience. The manager may also support on-site operations during live events as needed.
Candidates should have experience in customer support, ideally within a SaaS environment, and be confident in troubleshooting technical issues with a hands-on approach. Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required. The role demands a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual who is focused on client experience and comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams. A valid driver's license is necessary for occasional on-site support. Knowledge of networks, ticketing platforms, or event technology is considered a bonus.
