Lighthouse is seeking a Client Success Specialist to join our growing APAC team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, guiding them from implementation through to renewal. As a trusted advisor, you will help hospitality clients maximize the value of our platform and achieve their full revenue potential.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid adoption of our products. You will identify and execute upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth within your portfolio. Additionally, you will focus on client retention by monitoring account health and proactively mitigating churn risks. Acting as the voice of the customer internally, you will collaborate with product and sales teams to enhance our offerings. Providing exceptional service, managing client requests, and becoming an expert in our products are also key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the hospitality industry and previous experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role within a SaaS environment. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence skills, along with the ability to manage a client portfolio. Resilience and a proactive mindset for problem-solving are essential. Residency in the APAC region is required to understand cultural market dynamics, and fluency in English, both spoken and written, is necessary.
