The Client Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical support, leading product demonstrations, and managing the end-to-end onboarding process. Responsibilities include training clients on platform tools, managing daily client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey. Additionally, the role involves supporting on-site operations during live events and driving customer satisfaction and long-term success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment, ticketing, or event management. They should be confident in troubleshooting technical issues, fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong communication and presentation skills. A tech-savvy, detail-oriented approach focused on client experience is essential, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams. A valid driver's license is required for occasional on-site support.
