Storable is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to join its Storage Division, focusing on enhancing customer outcomes, retention, and growth. The CSM will serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients leverage Storable's comprehensive platform to achieve measurable business success. This role is integral to fostering long-term relationships and ensuring clients realize the full value of Storable's solutions.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers, acting as a strategic partner to support their business goals. The CSM will drive customer retention and growth by increasing product adoption and identifying opportunities to expand value across the Storable platform. Proactively managing account health, setting clear expectations, and ensuring timely resolution of issues are also essential duties. Additionally, the CSM will lead recurring business reviews, delivering insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and executive audiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role within a SaaS environment. Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention, growth, and customer satisfaction is crucial. Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives, are required. The candidate should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess an analytical mindset to leverage data for informed decisions and customer recommendations.
