Client Solutions - Legal Spend Management
Mitratech is seeking a Director to join its Legal Spend Management team, focusing on the Managed Bill Review (MBR) solution. This individual contributor role involves overseeing a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring their success, and delivering the full value proposition of MBR. The Director will act as the primary owner of client relationships, fostering engagement and satisfaction across the assigned portfolio.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering complex legal spend analytics, and driving client adoption through onboarding and training. The Director will maintain regular contact with key decision-makers, lead stewardship meetings, and collaborate with the MBR team on day-to-day client requests. Additionally, the role involves articulating client needs, developing solutions, and ensuring timely approval of project deliverables while maintaining budget and timeline compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the enterprise software industry. Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite, advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables and macros), and practical knowledge of SQL and report writing are essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to build senior-level relationships, and experience in fast-paced environments are also required. Preferred experience includes backgrounds in the legal, claims, or risk and insurance industries.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $87,000 annually, along with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, unlimited PTO, paid holidays, and wellness days.
