Eurofins Environment Testing Canada is seeking a Client Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions and ensuring the efficient processing of environmental testing projects. Eurofins is a global leader in analytical testing services, committed to making life and our environment safer, healthier, and more sustainable.

As a Client Services Representative, your primary responsibilities will include receiving and logging client samples, preparing necessary supplies for clients, and ensuring timely project processing. You will also handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and mailing, and coordinate with project managers to address client feedback and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, with a university degree or college diploma in a related field considered an asset. A minimum of one year of experience in a client services environment, preferably within a laboratory setting, is required. Proficiency in IT applications, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.
