Client Services Director - Sensory and Consumer Science

The Client Services Director - Sensory and Consumer Science at Eurofins is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing client accounts within a designated cluster. Key responsibilities include overseeing all client accounts in the cluster, developing and implementing long-term strategic plans, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals. The director is accountable for meeting revenue targets, with an overall responsibility for achieving a minimum revenue of approximately $7 million. Additionally, the role involves supervising research teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, providing support during client meetings, and managing complex research proposals or tenders.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of higher education with expertise in market research and/or sensory research. Knowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies, and statistics is essential. Significant experience in a research manager role, preferably within SAM or similar organizations, is required. The candidate should have a proven track record in leading and mentoring research teams, managing budgets, and demonstrating strong leadership abilities to oversee large-scale research initiatives. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills are also necessary.
