Client Services Director
The Client Services Director at Eurofins is responsible for overseeing all client accounts within a designated cluster, ensuring strategic and financial objectives are met. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role involves leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality sensory and consumer research services. Eurofins is a global leader in testing services, specializing in food, beverages, cosmetics, personal care, and other consumer products, with a presence in over 65 countries.
Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring that all accounts meet revenue targets and profitability goals. The director is tasked with strategic planning, setting long-term objectives, and aligning departmental goals with the organization's overall mission. Additionally, the role involves supervising research teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, as well as providing support during client meetings and for complex research proposals.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of higher education with expertise in market research and/or sensory research. Knowledge of food and/or cosmetic products, quantitative consumer research methodologies, sensory methodologies, and statistics is essential. Significant experience in a research manager role, particularly in leading and mentoring research teams, is required. Strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office are also necessary. Fluency in English and French is preferred.
