Client Relations and Marketing Administration
Birch, Stewart, Kolasch & Birch, LLP (BSKB) is an internationally recognized intellectual property law firm established in 1976. The firm offers a comprehensive range of services, including patent prosecution, post-grant review, litigation, opinions and counseling, design patents, trademarks, and licensing. BSKB is seeking a Client Relations and Marketing Administration Specialist to join their team, reporting to the Client Relations Coordinator.
The Client Relations and Marketing Administration Specialist will coordinate the preparation of marketing materials for current and prospective clients, such as proposals, PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, brochures, and company profiles. The role involves conducting research on new business targets, assisting with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, maintaining department databases and checklists, and managing the local marketing budget. Additionally, the specialist will support business events by handling registrations, email marketing, event communication, and payment processing. Responsibilities also include planning and providing support for events, conference sponsorships, regional client entertainment, and receptions, as well as assisting with in-person attorney presentations and Summer Seminars.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Events, or a related field. A minimum of two years of experience in a marketing-related field is highly preferred, with experience in a law firm or professional services environment considered a plus. The role requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and work independently under time pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, and experience with Adobe Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is preferred.
