Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles. A high energy level, determination, and perseverance are essential. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM systems like and the Microsoft Office suite is also necessary. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, and project management certification or training is a plus.
