Key responsibilities include developing and championing the overarching media planning vision for the client portfolio, establishing clear standards and AI-driven best practices for the team. The Client Lead oversees the development and execution of comprehensive, data-driven media plans across all channels, ensuring they are innovative and optimized using AI. Acting as the senior point of contact and trusted media consultant for key clients, the role provides strategic guidance on media planning, partnerships, and investment. Additionally, the Client Lead leads, mentors, and inspires a team of media planning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous professional development.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 12 years of experience in media strategy, planning, execution, and team management. A strong background in digital planning and analytics is essential, including experience with custom audience segments, first-party data integration, and performance campaigns for portals and apps. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate a go-getter attitude, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
