As a Client Experience Specialist at One Legal, a division of InfoTrack, you will be an integral part of a client-focused support team dedicated to educating, empowering, and advocating for legal professionals using our platform. One Legal provides a comprehensive online solution for filing court documents across California and managing nationwide service of process, continuing its 30-year legacy of innovation in legal technology.

In this role, you will guide clients through the One Legal platform, assisting them in completing tasks and workflows efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via phone and written channels, maintaining accurate client records in Salesforce, and providing actionable feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements. You will also monitor key performance indicators to ensure consistent service levels and productivity.

The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of customer support experience, preferably in a call center environment, and is proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce. Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and empathy are essential. Experience with telephony tools such as DialPad and familiarity with SaaS, especially in legal services, are advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation for this fully remote position ranges from $19.25 to $22.12 per hour. Benefits include a 401(k) match, medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer-covered premiums, employer-funded disability and life insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and additional "Be Me Time" for mental health, volunteering, or recharging. A monthly internet stipend is also provided for remote employees.
