Client Experience Agent - After hours
MetTel is seeking a Client Experience Agent to join our After Hours Team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support during swing shift hours from 11 am to 8 pm MST. As a member of the Client Experience team, you will assist customers with inquiries, orders, and service-related issues, ensuring a positive and professional company image through both voice and online interactions.
Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls and emails, managing and resolving customer complaints promptly, and identifying and escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. You will provide detailed product and service information, process orders and applications, and document all customer interactions according to standard operating procedures. Additionally, you will recognize and report trends in customer calls to the management team and follow up on customer interactions as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least three years of customer service experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to read and interpret various business documents and effectively present information to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint, is required. While multilingual abilities are desired, they are not mandatory.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $25, depending on experience and location. Compensation reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
