The Client Engagement Partner (CVP) at Celonis is a pivotal role within the Value Engineering team, focusing on leading strategic customer success initiatives in the Logistics and Transportation sectors. In this role, the CVP will engage with C-level executives to define long-term visions for business transformation, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, and drive measurable business impact. Responsibilities include leading customer success initiatives, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and organizing customer advisory boards to gather insights and address industry challenges. The CVP will also represent Celonis at industry events, promoting customer advocacy and innovation.

Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields, with a strong background in large-scale transformation programs and process re-engineering engagements. Experience with AI-based transformation is highly desirable. The role requires deep exposure to successful change management practices, the ability to navigate large global organizations, and a consultative approach when engaging with senior executives. Strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are essential.
