Client Due Dilligence Analyst (DDQ)
AlphaSense, a leading AI-powered market intelligence platform, is seeking a Client Due Diligence (DDQ) Analyst to support its global sales process. The role is based in Bengaluru and offers exposure to various departments, including IT Security, Compliance, Sales, Cybersecurity, and Risk Management. As a DDQ Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that client due diligence questionnaires are completed accurately, consistently, and within agreed-upon timelines.
In this position, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing incoming DDQs, understanding the nature of each request, and processing them by following established standard operating procedures and utilizing approved internal knowledge bases. You will retrieve and apply pre-approved, standardized answers to client questionnaires, ensuring each response aligns with the company's positions. Additionally, you will use AI-assisted tools to help draft, match, and assemble questionnaire responses, while carefully reviewing all AI-generated output for accuracy before finalization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Information Security, Engineering, Privacy, Legal, Product, and Sales will be essential to move client requests forward and support deal timelines.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience completing DDQs and customer security questionnaires, preferably in a technology or SaaS company. A demonstrated understanding of information security, privacy, and compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to handle structured, high-volume work accurately and consistently are crucial. Comfort with using software, internal knowledge bases, and workflow tools, including AI-enabled tools for drafting and assembling questionnaire responses, is also important.
