Client Advocate, Major Accounts
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Client Advocate for Major Accounts to manage and enhance relationships with our largest and most strategic clients. This role involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring that our AI-enabled platform delivers significant operational value. The position is based remotely in Arizona and requires substantial travel to client sites.
The Client Advocate will be responsible for driving adoption and measurable outcomes for major deployments. Key duties include interpreting complex data sources, facilitating the integration of new updates and features, and building strong relationships with agency stakeholders through on-site visits. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding client needs and translating them into actionable insights for our engineering team.
Candidates should possess 5 to 7 years of experience managing enterprise deployments or strategic accounts, particularly within large, regulated, or public-sector environments. Essential skills include strong executive presence, stakeholder management, technical fluency, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Experience in public safety, government, or compliance-heavy sectors is highly preferred.
The compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $160,000 annually, with additional benefits, equity options, and potential bonuses. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and specific work location.
