Client Account Manager (Contract)

The Client Account Manager (Contract) at xAI will join the Northern Europe sales team based in Dublin, Ireland, for a 12-month full-time contract. xAI is dedicated to creating AI systems that accurately understand the universe and aid humanity in its pursuit of knowledge. In this role, the Client Account Manager will collaborate with advertisers to understand their objectives, recommend best practices, and develop effective campaigns. Responsibilities include educating clients on xAI's advertising products, managing large-scale performance advertising campaigns, and executing, optimizing, and analyzing advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards. The role also involves resolving campaign issues promptly, identifying and implementing process improvements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal results for advertisers.

Candidates should have over seven years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or their agencies. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, optimization and analytical skills, and significant performance marketing experience, particularly in mobile app promotion. The role requires a proven track record in developing customer relationships, managing large accounts, and effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments. Strong presentation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving issues are also important. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
